Dr Mohd Hafiz Hanafiah is a Professor at the Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.  He is currently the Deputy Rector of Industry, Community, Alumni & Entrepreneursip for Universiti Teknologi MARA Selangor Branch

 

Hafiz earned his Diploma in Investment Analysis and Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Universiti Teknologi MARA and Master in Economics at the Malaya University of Malaysia. He completed his PhD in Hotel and Tourism Management from Universiti Teknologi MARAin 2016. He is also a Certified Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA).

 

He lectures mostly on tourism management and behavioural economics-related subjects, advising undergraduate and postgraduate students and actively assisting in the University curriculum design and planning. 

 

Hafiz is an active researcher; authoring and co-authoring more than thirty research papers, mostly indexed by Scopus or Web of Science. You can view his RG score here and his Google Scholar Citation here.
